Breaking Dawn Entertainment started in 2018 with a straightforward idea: most brands need more than one kind of creative help, and it shouldn't take four separate agencies to get it. So we built four verticals under one roof — films, digital marketing, events, and entertainment content — and kept them tightly connected.
Over the past seven years, we've worked with everyone from JW Marriott and McDonald's to Nykaa and Siemens. Some came for a single film. Most stayed for the whole picture. We're based in Mumbai, work nationally, and our team of 100+ people genuinely care about what they make.
We also collaborate closely with DoTech Technologies, Creative Doctor, and Nube Studios when projects call for it — because good work rarely happens in isolation.
What We Do

This is the core of what we do. BDE Films handles everything from quick social media cuts to full TVC productions — with an in-house crew of cinematographers, art directors, editors, and directors who've been doing this long enough to know what works on screen. We've shot for JW Marriott, Myntra, Swisse, Starbucks and many others.

BDE Flash is our digital marketing arm. We help brands figure out who they are, how they should look, and how to actually reach the people they're trying to reach — online and offline. Brand strategy, visual identity, social media, performance campaigns, SEO, packaging, and OOH.

Events are strange — a year of planning for a few hours that either land or don't. BDE Eventive exists to make sure they land. We handle luxury weddings, corporate events, product launches, brand activations, and on-ground campaigns.

BDE Binge is where we step away from brand briefs and make things people actually want to watch. Web series, short films, docuseries, branded entertainment, digital originals — content built for streaming platforms and the social web.

The People Behind It
Krishna started BDE because he believed most brands were getting mediocre creative work. He holds a Bachelor's in Film Making & Multimedia and a Master's in Digital Marketing — which means he thinks about both the shot and the strategy behind it. He's directed and overseen work for dozens of India's most recognizable brands, and his standard hasn't shifted since day one.
Shravana is the reason projects actually get made. As Managing Director and Executive Producer, she oversees production, finances, and client relationships across all four verticals. She's the one clients call when things get complicated, and the one the team turns to when they need someone to make a hard call. BDE's growth over the past seven years is, in large part, her doing.
Why We Do This
We started this company because we thought brands deserved better creative work — work that was honest, well-made, and actually connected with people. That's still what we're trying to do. Every project, every vertical, every year.
